Prof. K Gopalakrishnan is the Chairman of the Faculty Board of Amrita Civil Service Academy, since its inception. He has over 18 years of experience in Civil Service Coaching and has mentored hundreds of successful aspirants over the years. An eminent Professor of English, he is our faculty for Mains Essay Writing and is on the interview panel of ‘One in Millions’.

Shri. Vineet Pushpak, MA, LLB is an alumnus of Delhi University. He is the Director of Sanchetna IAS Academy, Delhi and a renowned faculty of History. He has 12 years of experience in training Civil Service aspirants in many of the well known institutes across India.

Shri. R Vashistha, an alumnus of Delhi School of Economics, has been teaching at prominent institutions in Delhi and cities across India. He specializes in Macro and Mathematical Economics. His unique style of teaching, in-depth knowledge and amiable personality has made him very popular among aspirants. He has authored various study materials and summary notes on Economics.

Dr. Gorakh R Patil IRS (C&GST) has seven years of teaching experience in training UPSC aspirants in Delhi and at various prestigious Universities in India. He is also a panel member of various model interview sessions in Delhi conductexd by Government of Maharashtra. He has published more than 200 articles in various newspapers.

Ms. Sikha Surendran (AIR 16) completed her B Tech in Civil Engineering from Mar Athanasius College, Kothamangalam, before preparing for UPSC Exam. She secured 16th rank (AIR) in the Civil Service Exam 2017 and was the State Topper. She is our faculty for Prelims Test Strategy and Mains Answer Writing.

Shri. Sathish B Krishnan (AIR 125) completed his B Tech in Mechanical Engineering and M Tech in Aerodynamics from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He worked with L&T as Senior Engineer before dedicating for UPSC Exam. He secured AIR 125 in the Civil Service Exam 2017. One of the national toppers in Personality Tests, he is our faculty for Science & Technology and International Relations.

LIBRARYThe Academy has a well maintained library with valuable information resources, services and facilities. The library consists of good number of reference books, text books, journals, periodicals, magazines and all major national dailies. The library also has a number of journals and magazines for Civil Service preparation which serve as a repository of information of current affairs and all subject related matters in brief. A digital library is also available to help aspirants access a wide range of online resources.

READING ROOM The Academy has a well-furnished reading room to facilitate longer and efficient self-study hours for its students, with convenient timings and helpful personnel. The reading room will remain open between 7 am and 10 pm.

SMART CLASSROOMS Amrita has incorporated modern air conditioned class rooms, well-furnished and equipped with state-of-the-art e-learning facilities. This facility enables students to avail sessions from any part of the country.

FREE WIFI FACILITY The academic premises are Wi-Fi enabled and students are given individual logins to access internet services on any of their registered devices.

ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT To cater to the needs of outstation candidates, the Academy provides separate accommodation facilities for ladies and gents. The charges for these facilities are fairly moderate. The Academy has deputed dedicated staff-members for care-taking and overseeing hygiene and comfort in the living quarters. Infrastructure will include well-furnished rooms, reading room, dining area and recreation facilities. Food is prepared under hygienic conditions and served in the student dining halls. Amrita provides to and fro transport facility from the hostel to the Academy.
