This photo was taken on Tuesday morning when Ross Ingram was one of several senior citizens to be presented with "2016 seniors recognition awards" His citation mentioned his service in the community, Rotary, and pre and post the 2013 fires. A most worthy recipient. Congratulations, Ross.
