Please enclose $50.00 deposit ($125.00 balance due prior to the show). Each Exhibitor is responsible for collecting and paying Florida Sales Tax. There is a minor surcharge if you pay by credit card. BOOTH SPACE: 14 feet wide by 8 feet deep, 12 feet wide by 10 feet deep or strip booths 2.5 feet x 16 feet. Canopies cause an adverse effect on our house lighting. PLEASE, NO CANOPIES. You are responsible for all your own display set-up and removal. You will be furnished one table and two chairs. Extra tables may be purchased for $5.00 ($4.67 plus $0.33 sales tax). Exhibitors are responsible for the overall appearance of their booth which should reflect the professionalism of this show. A limited number of electrical outlets are available; please indicate if you must have an outlet. SHARING OF BOOTHS IS NOT ALLOWED. This is an indoor show in an air conditioned auditorium with 140 booth spaces. Booths will be assigned 30 days prior to show. SECURITY: Security alarms will be set each night for protection of your merchandise. Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance. Each exhibitor is responsible for the care and protection of his/her exhibit area. The Morocco Shrine will not assume any responsibility. GUIDELINES: This is a “make-it-yourself” fair . We require that you make, modify, enhance what you sell. The Show Committee reserves the right to withhold entry at it’s sole discretion. Any exhibitor’s work deemed to be unsuitable (usually because its purchased and resale merchandise) will be refused and the application fee will be returned. To assist with this determination, new Crafters are required to provide 3 pictures of booth and merchandise with the application. Discount price signs are not allowed. PARKING: Spaces for 20 recreational vehicles with electric, water and sewage are available for $37.45 (tax included) per night. Other spaces available without facilities at no charge. CANCELATION OF SHOW: The show may be cancelled by Morocco Shriners with or without cause at its sole discretion by giving written notice a minimum of 30 days prior to the show.
