NEW ACCOUNTSTo open a new account, the minimum first order is $150. Reorders are $100. Terms for first order are credit card only. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Upon credit approval, reorders are net 30 days upon date of shipment. Orders are charged when the product ships.

SHIPPINGAll orders are shipped UPS, FED EX or USPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling is approximately 8.5% of the total order. FOB Minnesota.

RETURNS & EXCHANGESAny damages or losses should be reported to us and the carrier within 5 days of receipt. Keep all original shipping packages until all claims are settled. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for unau-thorized returns.

PAPER SUSTAINABILITYdi Potter’s paper products are made in USA. The translucent shades are elemental chlorine free, lignin free, acid free and recycleable (except the glitter and flocked shades).

ATTENTION: Shades are intended for use with flameless battery operated tea lights. Shades should not come in contact with a direct flame.
