A FEW REASONS WE USE ECO-FRIENDLY FABRICS

1. They are socially responsible, which means that the earth, the people and the end consumer all benefit by the use of less pesticides and fertilizers.

2. They are biodegradable which means eco and organic fabric will biodegrade naturally over time.

3. Many people are allergic or dislike wearing synthetic textiles. Eco fabrics have all the properties of synthetic breathable fibers with added softness and drape.

4. Organic and eco-fibers are natural and do not contain irritating chemicals that may come in contact with our skin. Many of them are also considered hypo allergenic and naturally anti-bacterial.

Booking Payment Terms

Lela Designs requires COD on all orders placedor credit approval. NET 30 will be granted withcredit approval.

Order Cancellations and Revisions

Confirmed booking orders may not be cancelled or revised after October 30th, 2010.

Returns

No returns are accepted. Any merchandise thatarrives damaged will be replaced. We must benotified within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Purchase Order Numbers

Cancel Dates and Purchase Order Numbers arerequired on all bookings.

Order Deadlines and Ship Dates

All confirmed Spring booking orders must be rec-eived by Lela Designs by October 30th,2010 forchosen Ship date of Jan 05, Feb 01, Mar 01, Apr 01, or May 01,2011

Please specify which collection(s) is to ship on each date. Lela Designs requires a minimum 15 day shipping window based on start ship and cancellatioin dates.

Late Orders & In Season Orders

Any order received after the sales deadline of Oct 30/2010 will not be guaranteed until you receive written confirmation. Late order requests will be held by Lela Designs for a maximum of 48 hours. After 48 hours if a completed order form has not been faxed or emailed to our head office, then the requested stock will be put back into inventory.

Spring 2011 Shipping Period:

Only ONE shipping date is permitted PER purchaseorder, unless otherwise agreed to by Lela Designs.
