Dear delegates, SprinCo is an annual conference of AIESEC in the Czech Republic. This

time it brings us to the very nice venue surrounded by beautiful countryside – Zlaté Hory in Jeseníky.

Nature is waking up to life after the winter – spring is slowly here. Transition times finished and AIESEC in the Czech Republic has again more

members – newies.

If you imagine EB term as a circle – one EBs are coming where they started and new EBs are starting their own journey there. You have probably a perception that something is coming to the end and on the other hand

something new is starting. But if you imagine EB term as a particular part of the road which leads towards our long-term goals – you get quite

a different point of view. Our long run as one organization continues. We just need to shift the leaders - shapers of this run.

And this is going to happen at SprinCo 2013. We are going to evaluate, to learn, to celebrate, to get knowledge and prepare ourselves for the

next time period. Simply we are going to drive the success of today for our tomorrow’s ambitions.

Chair of SprinCo 2013 Are you wondering who will be CHAIR of SprinCo 2013? Well identity of „the

Chair“ still remains a secret, but he would like to tell you something…

Ahoj everyone!

In few days we all will be meeting to share a space where the commitment

of our members, the power of AIESEC's vision and the strength of

the network come together to create an intense learning experience: An

AIESEC conference. Some of the best people I have met throughout

my life was during an AIESEC conference. The most important

takeaways I had in the organization happened also at an AIESEC

conference - so as an alumni that's why I still enjoy so much these

spaces because they reflect the unique spirit of the organization.

SprinCo is around the corner and what it takes to make it a great is only

one thing: our attitude. May these few days be a mark in your AIESEC

career where you will learn and reflect on your current experience and

strengthen the foundation for the days to come. My only expectation to

you is: Be present! - we will make sure we have behind the scenes

everything to make these days memorable. But again, pack your

suitcase, come to the conference and just Be present!

Tracks description

Newies track

Newies track is prepared for all new members recruited in March 2013 in all czech local committees. Delegates will be divided into home groups with own faciliator. The main goal of this track is to get overview of the whole AIESEC process (delegates will experience it in Simulation). At the end of the SprinCo conference, delegates will know each other (esp. newies from different local committees), will understand how AIESEC as anorganisation works and will have new soft-skills gained during trainings.

Team leaders track

This track is designed for all the new Teamleaders in AIESEC Czech Republic. It will last for one day. We will take close look at communication and how to solve team and communication issues that have arisen. All of this will be delivered in special way based on practice and some outdoor activities

EB/XP Track

This year SprinCo is not going to be a planning conference as we were used to in the past. EB/XP track will be exactly following the main topic of the conference - "Drive the success. For tomorrow." We want to make sure that our national leadership body will be ready for the last sprint of this term, be ready to plan the future and be ready to perform in the future term from day one.

Bigger, better and stronger organization is making better and better leadership development experiences to our members and has bigger value in the society. We all are responsible for making AIESEC in the Czech Republic bigger, better, stronger and deliver promises we made and will make for the future.

Věra Newbold, Europen Resource Manager

"Mé zaměstnání/na co se mne můžete ptát"

Mám více než 15 let zkušeností v oblasti náboru a personálního

poradenství. V minulosti jsem působila v poradenských firmách

orientovaných na oblast HR. Momentálně jsem zodpovědná za

programy Talentum – programy a projekty zaměřené na

studenty a absolventy.

Pracuji v teamu Talentum, který se zabývá programy a projekty pro

studenty a absolventy. Mám na starosti některé akce

zaměřené na studenty, např. účast společnosti na veletrzích

pracovních příležitostí nebo komunikaci se studentskými

organizacemi. Zároveň jsem součástí Internship programu,

který nabízí studentům získat praxi. Studuji posledním rokem

sociologii na FSV UK.

V personalistice se pohybuji od roku 2003, nejdříve na pozici

Recruitment Specialisty, pak jsem přešel na pozici HR

Business Partnera. V současné době jsem ve společnosti

Telefonica Senior HR Business Partner a koordinuji veškeré

aktivity v oblasti business partneringu.

Pracovní i životní zkušenost již léta čerpám ve společnosti

Telefónica, které jsem získala na pozicích operátor Péče a

prodej, specialista odd. stížností, supervizor týmu a trenér.

Mezi silné stránky patří komunikace a vedení lidí. Vedu

tréninky Prezentační dovednosti, Komunikační dovednosti po

telefonu, Prodejní dovednosti a spolupracuji na rozvoji

vedoucích zaměstnanců na callcentrech.

LCs Brno, Hradec, Olomouc, Plzeň, Zlín and few members form LC Karviná are traveling by the train (check the connections below) and then by the bus from Jeseník.

All the other LCs have their own buses, for more info contact your LCPs.
