When ordering parts from Vpart you may come across our unique part numbers. These part numbers are intentionally a combination of letters and numbers. Scientific studies have shown that it is easier to read and remember combinations of letters and numbers rather than just numbers alone.

Designed and built in Italy, the Vpart Fan is one of the most advanced fans in the world for mist blowers. The uniquely designed Nylon Fan Blades are some of the most efficient in the world. Designed by aeronautical engineers they combine the most recent innovations in blade design. Resulting in a more efficient fan.

All structural components are hot dip galvanized for a tough, durable and permanently bonded coating which is better than many other systems in pro-tecting steel from damage from chemicals and a high corrosion resistance. Giving you a life time of service!

The combination of centrifugal clutch, gearbox and blade design results in one of the most efficient fans on the market. It requires the lowest PTO horse power of any fan on the market. It’s efficient design means that it has reduced noise, and lower diesel consumption per hectare than the competition while push out more cubic meters of air than any other fan on the market.

The balanced reinforcement of Vpart Hose enables it to withstand high pressure with minimal distortion. Thus, it can withstand extended and frequent pressure impulse cycles. Moreover, the PVC composition eliminates any risks of cracks appearing (particular defect of rubbers), thus improving safety and a long service life. Vpart 20 and 40 bar hose withstands prolonged exposure to all climatic conditions

Quick connectors, swaged connectors, barbed or serrated connectors. Band, worm drive, screw or ‘O’ type ring clamps. Rigid plastic barbed connectors with clip clamps. Swaged fittings can be used if they do not damage the hose.

20 and 40 bar hose are easily distinguished by the clear markings on the hose and the different coloured hose used. Reducing worker error and costly mistakes.

WHy BRASS?Brass is a great material for sprayers for two reasons:1. Chemicals don’t accumulate on it - thus you have lower flow resistance and less blockages

2. It doesn’t react to chemicals or rust - galvanised steel which loses its galva-nizing over time and other metals rust - these small particles then wear down filters and nozzles meaning they need to be replaced nd recalibrated regually.

If possible use high quality plastic, stainless steel or brass components on your sprayer - we of course recommend brass!
