Step 1:

Open the file named “brick” in Photoshop.

Step 2:

Open your stencil in Photoshop.

Step 3:

Use the Move Tool to click and drag your stencil into the brick document.

Step 4:

Free Transform the stencil to make it bigger, if necessary.

Step 5:

Use the Magic Wand tool to select a blank area in the stencil.

Step 6:

Go to Select -> Similar

Step 7:

Make a New Layer

Choose the Brush Tool

Choose the 300 size brush

Step 9:

Choose a color

Step 10:

Make sure you have the new layer selected.

“Scribble” over your stencil to paint.

Step 11:

Go to Select -> Deselect

Step 12:

Delete the stencil layer by clicking and dragging it to the trashcan.

Save it as a JPG in the Stencils folder, in the Period 10 folder on P Drive.
