Objectives:
1) Reducing the uncertainty about the sources and sinks of NOx - e.g.: Can we reduce the uncertainty of the LNOx N-budget further (1-20 -> 2-9 -> X ± 2 Tg/a)
2) Determining the oxidising power of the tropical troposphere - e.g.: How much methane gets oxidised in the tropical troposphere (as also proposed by Jos Lelieveld and others!)
