1. On February 08, 2011 at around 11:40 o’clock in the morning at Campo 4, Jaclupan, Talisay City, Cebu, Philippines one (1) Isuzu Elf Dumptruck loaded with three (3) CBM of sand and gravel, bearing with plate # GGF 598 was confiscated by the personnel of this station composed of PO3 Mikie Espina, PO2 Stephen Sefuesca and PO1 Rosauro Pasumala after conducted operation against Illegal Extraction/Transportation of Sand and Gravel coming from Mananga Riverbed, Talisay City, Cebu .

2. Isuzo Elf Dumptuck is owned by one (1) Ricardo Barliso, legal age, married of said place and during the operation was driven by one (1) Padrino Enico y Cuetas, 27 years old, married of said place.

3. Said Dumptruck with three (3) CBM of sand and gravel is now temporarily in the custody at this station and referred to DENR for proper disposition after the driver failed to present legal documents for transporting of sand and gravel.
