Membership MeetingDues and finances were the sole agenda item at this meeting.

Over the past few months, finances were presented demonstrating a significant shortfall if outings were not continued. With outings, a breakeven or slightly positive income was achieved. Manager requested an increase in dues as the outing revenue is not secure. $385 was approved in October, but decreased in November to $295 by the BOD. Membership debated and discussed this at length. Board and leadership understands the issues presented and has committed to: 1. Accountant is to review and revise past five years of the club’s

books 2. Hire new firm/CPA in 6 months and monitor closely to ensure

balance and accuracy of accounts 3. Outings will continue to help revenue stream and allay need

for future dues increases.
