The covered pavilion features a multi-sport turf surface, playground, concession area, and restroom facilities. The open-air plaza has additional amenities for families, offering a children’s play area available for family, friends, and event participants. We also have a tailgating grassy area for more family fun.

The City of Round Rock has long been regarded as the premier destination for amateur, youth, and recreational sports within the state… and for good reason! Bolstered by an economic base that includes the headquarters of Dell and Emerson, our dynamic city has invested heavily in the infrastructure needed to support a variety of sports, entertainment, and business events. Through the years, Round Rock has funded millions to its sports facilities, including the recent addition of the Round Rock Sports Center, which adds a world-class indoor showcase facility to the championship outdoor venues that originally earned Round Rock its reputation as the Sports Capital of Texas. The Round Rock Sports Center opened in January 2014, and has since been the host of numerous sporting events for bas ketball, volleyball, table tennis, and wrestling. We have also hosted speaking engagements, formal banquets, expos, and corporate retreats. From sports events to business meetings, our new indoor sports center can handle them all. To say that the Round Rock Sports Center is in high demand is an understatement! The $14.9 million dollar facility boasts 82,800 square feet of indoor space with 47,775 square feet of flexible, open, playable space. Several configurations are available, including 6 high school bas ketball courts, 12 high school volleyball courts or 3 NCAA basketball courts.
