Group Manager, Inventory Accounting Develop, implement and maintain corporate inventory transaction procedures for firearms. Analyze inventory transactions and generate inventory adjustments/average cost adjustments. Manager company transfer transactions for firearms. Prepare journal entries. Prepare miscellanious reporting MOS. Analyze inventory transactions and company shrink on firearms. Assist other functional areas regarding policies and procedures. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or equivalent relevant experience. 5 plus years of experience in accounting environment. Understanding of inventory management in an accounting environment. Strong computer skills necessary. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Group Manager, Financial Reporting Preparation and Review of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Statements for External Auditors, Banks,

and Company Ownership including preparation of SEC/Public Company style Financial Statements. Review Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations, including the closed store reserve, contractual obligations,

equity accounts, etc. Prepare analysis of FIN 47 and store tracking. Assist in the monthly close process through review of accounts and preparation of preliminary P&Ls and

balance sheets.

Coordination of quarterly review and annual audits with internal/external auditors and address comments received from auditors.

Stay current on “hot topics” from FASB, SEC and External Auditors Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 4-7 years experience in financial reporting, accounting or financial analysis, larger public company experience

preferred. CPA preferred Project management experience Experience with financial software applications, primarily financial reporting, data warehousing and data mining

tools Experience with GAAP/SEC regulation research

Sr. Payroll Tax Accountant Responsible for the balancing of the bi-weekly/weekly payroll taxable income through to year end processing of

payroll tax filing. Prepare within timelines, all state, local and federal tax deposits and federal tax returns. Process system adjustments as needed resulting from weekly audits for 46 states. Calculate, balance and prepare all quarterly and annual, city, state, local and federal payroll tax returns. In tandem with the payroll processing elements, supervise, review, prepare and balance W-2’s to all payroll tax

returns up to and including the 941’s throughout the year, including year-end. Complete the preparation of the monthly and quarterly multiple Worksite reports. Review the completed annual payroll census reports and labor statistical reports as requested by government

agencies. Bachelors Degree, CPP, or equivalent experience. 5 plus years of experience in a payroll processing environment. Requires practical knowledge of general payroll

policy. Requires advanced knowledge of government regulations regarding payroll information and payroll taxation. Strong computer skills Proven Report writing ability.

Senior Internal Auditor Focus on ongoing operations to provide management with an independent assessment of business risk, internal

controls, and the efficiency/adequacy of business processes. Work closely with our management at all levels in developing audit findings and recommendations regarding

business process optimization, profit improvement, internal control and compliance. Assignments will exposure you to a wide variety of challenges and learning opportunities.
