P1 DyNAMIC Back protectionThe back protector by the EN 1621-2 level 2, consists of several layers of a new viscoelastic memory foam, which allows a very high energy absorption even at low temperatures. The breathable 3D mesh fabric on the inside provides in combination with the ventilation holes in the protector shield a permanent air circulation and thus contributes to the active temperature and humidity control.

The elastic shoulder straps provide a maximum comfort and offer individu-al settings. To protect against sharp and pointed objects, a special plastic penetration protection has been integrated in the spine.

Hand protection - Individual hand suppliesSpecial braces that allow a comple-tely new orthopedic care. In the new two-orthosis system, an orthosis is made of unbreakable special plastic as small brace is adjusted directly on the finger. Since the brace is just two millimeters thick, it can be worn under the glove.

A second, larger cup is mounted on the glove as a protection to prevent stroke or repeated violations. If the skier again strike with the hand on the snow, the burden is spread evenly over the cup.

Prioreceptive stimulating infrapatel-lar compression leads to more rapid and increased muscular toning of the knee extensors with improved balancing. New knee brace conceptIn the international FIS Ski World Cup the knee joint is the most frequently injured body region with a share of 36%. A project group which is supported by the German Federal Institute for Sports Sciences (BISp) and coordinated by the Munich InnovationsmanufakturCorporation is made up of scientists and physicians of the Technical University Munich, experts of the Bavarian Olympic base in Munich, engineers of the Phoenix Corporation such as Orthopaedic technicians of the ORTEMA Company. This group has developed a new knee brace concept – the PrävenThese. The aim was to develop a brace system that does not impede the (pro) athlete`s subjective perception, offers optimal protection for the knees and is additionally attuned to meet the requirements of alpine skiing.

A novel Carbon knee brace with polycentric Titanium joints was constructed which stabilizes the knee without restricting movement.

The PrevenThese combines the well-proved protective elements of our cus-tomized K-COM knee brace with a novel concept of linking a brace to the leg.

PrävenThese By performing 3D surface scans in different angles of the knee joint zones can be calculated on the thigh and lower leg which show little change in volume and shape when undergoing muscular activity. The cut of the PrävenThese´s Carbon frame follows the individual lines of these supporting areas. By doing this the muscular contraction is not impeded despite the stabilization. The brace can be fitted to additio-

nally prevent slipping with specifi-cally designed compression sports pants (Lones-pants).

Due to the individual 3D customiza-tion a new way of fitting and fixing a brace to the leg has been developed which offers a maximum of safety combined with excellent wearing comfort. Modelling the leg requires us to perform surface scans to calculate the Anovocs (frame design) such as a plaster cast of the leg.

Knee- and shin- protector P5 Speed The knee and shin protector fits neatly under the suit. He provides more safety for the athlete. The P5 Speed covers the kneecap from head-on and is extended to the shin. Its shock-absorbing foam adapts, to the body heat of the athlete, on the leg. A Velcro closure keeps the protector even in high performance applications in place.

Shin protector Race The shin protector is made of an unbreakable synthetic material and fixed to the lower leg with Velcro straps. It is designed to ward off poles and covers the straps of the ski boots which prevents them from accidentally opening when brushed. X-Foot padded sock The integrated pads absorb painful pressure and blows to the various regions of the foot depending on which sock you use. The sock is easy to don and the pads can be adjus-ted individually. The “front” version prevents lace bite, the “front and back” version further protects from blows to the Achilles tendon and the “inside and outside” version protects the ankles. Due to its being so thin the sock can be worn in tight shoes or boots that go above the ankles; one size, pairs.

X-Socks Ski Comfort Due to a unique manufacturing process and climate regulating threads the X-Socks have a very high wearing com-fort and ideally support the function of the foot. Cooling- and compression-bandages 20 minutes after twisting the knee or a bruise may significantly decreased the swelling and the pain can be reduced. This is possible through a novel bandage with a gel insert, that can store the cold very well.

The patented design offers the possibility, in addition to cooling by an air cushion pressure on the injured area. Thus, the gel fits perfectly to the body shape combines with compressi-on and cooling for the first time. The cool-bandages are for a total of eight different fields of application such as
