In the tree level scale invariant model one finds that in general at finite temperature all masses are proportional to the temperature T
The termal average of the trace of the energy momentum tensor vanishes.
Masses of O(N) bosons and fermions are of order T and so is the mass of the “would be” Dilaton and Dilatino.
