Sole sponsorship of an AFM conference; 600+ filmmakers in attendance.

Benefits include: Present opening remarks or show a short promotional video, two signs inside room, ad in conference directory, promotional materials on attendee seats, table display, logo on two large screens, ten tickets to conference and two Executive Plus badges.

Evening Receptions

Sponsor or Co-Sponsor an AFM reception and host 450+ filmmakers.

Benefits include: Company logo on event Step & Repeat and printed invitation, table display, signage inside event, guest invitations and option to provide gift for each guest. Sole Sponsor Fee: $10,000

Co-Sponsor Fee: $5,500

Host an AFM Session/Presentation

Host a 90 minute Seminar, Presentation or Discussion inside the AFM. Venues can accommodate 100 or 200 guests.

Benefits include: Stage, backdrop, audio and technician, and inclusion in all schedules including AFM website and Show Directory.

Market Bag Sponsorship

Display your company logo on the official AFM market bag distributed to every registered attendee.

Benefits include: Placement of a promotional item in each bag.

Filmmakers Lounge Sponsorship

Naming rights: AFM will brand the Filmmakers Lounge “Sponsor Name Lounge.”

Benefits include: All official references to the Lounge will be “Sponsor” Lounge, including signage, print and digital. Additional benefits include signage inside the Lounge, designated area for a display, reserved seating, distribution of materials in Lounge and two Executive Plus badges.

IFTA Buyers Lounge Sponsorship

Naming rights: Lounge will be branded as “IFTA Buyers Lounge presented by Sponsor Name.”

Benefits include: All official references to the Lounge will be “IFTA Buyers Lounge presented by Sponsor Name” including signage, print and digital. Additional benefits include signage inside the Lounge, designated area for a display, reserved seating, distribution of materials in Lounge and two Executive Plus badges.

Sponsor Fee: $15,000

AFM Sanctioned Event

Considering hosting an event during 2020 AFM. Let the industry know you are part of the show by making it an Official AFM event.

Benefits include: Event may be held at an AFM venue or anywhere in Santa Monica, use of the AFM logo in invites and promotion. Inclusion in AFM official schedule if open to AFM badge holders– online and in the show directory.

AFM photographer will visit the event and service photos to media and/or on AFM social pages.

Sanction Fee: $2,000

Wi-Fi Sponsorship

Own the AFM Wi-Fi splash page.

Benefits include: Company artwork displayed on splash page, ten Wi-Fi pass codes, ad in AFM Screenings Guide, recognition in buyer emails and web banner on TheFilmCatalogue.com.
