WFUMB), which will be held at the Taipei International Convention Center, Taipei,

Taiwan, from October 13 to 17, 2017.

The WFUMB 2017 TAIPEI will provide an international platform for physicians,

researchers and clinical professionals to exchange ideas, share experiences and interact

with world renowned experts. It will highlight the latest cutting-edge knowledge and

innovative skills in medical ultrasound, such as ultrasound-assisted techniques for

ABOUT WFUMB

The World Federation for Ultrasound in Medicine and

Biology (WFUMB)

The World Federation for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (WFUMB) is dedicated to

the advancement of ultrasound by encouraging research, promoting international

cooperation, disseminating scientific information, and improving communication and

understanding in the world community using ultrasound in medicine and biology.

Affiliated Organizations of WFUMB:

The Regional Federations cover National Societies of Ultrasound in Europe (EFSUMB),

in Asia (AFSUMB), in North America (AIUM), in Latin America (FLAUS), in Australasia

(ASUM) and in Africa (MASU). Presently the total number of individual members is

almost 50,000, and these are physicians, scientists, engineers and ultrasonographers.

1. EFSUMB has 19,593 individual members from 28 European countries.

2. AFSUMB has 18,023 members from 12 Asian Countries.

3. AIUM has 5,598 members from United States, Canada and other countries.

4. FLAUS has more than 4,196 members from 13 countries in Latin America.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms are the contractual agreement between the Organizer and the Exhibiting / Sponsoring Firm

(Exhibitor/s / Sponsor/s).

Application Process

Request for sponsorship must be made with the application form, please fill out the

application form and send it to WFUMB 2017 TAIPEI Secretariat by fax or email.

After issuing you an invoice, please remit the deposit by bank transfer denominated in USD

or TWD. The applicant is responsible for any bank service charge or money transfer fees.

All benefits for sponsorships will be provided after the 1st

payment.

Obligations and Rights

Registration implies full acceptance by the Exhibitors/Sponsors of the exhibition /

sponsorship regulations. The Exhibitor/Sponsor may only present on their stand or space the

materials, products or services described in the application to participate.

Booth Allocation Policy: Booth selection priority is based on: 1) Total amount of Sponsorship;

2) Size or quantity of booth; 3) Payment date of the deposit.

The Organizer reserves the right, in case of absolute necessity, to make essential layout

adjustment, depends on exhibit situation and demand, with no obligation to provide

compensation to Exhibitors/Sponsors.

The Organizer will provide general security for the congress but will assume no responsibility
