Introduction

§  The Rock Sports Complex is located in Franklin, WI and was developed from a passion for baseball and the vision to give back to the community.

§  Operating on a 140-acre campus, The Rock offers programs, tournaments, leagues, educational programs, community events and rental opportunities on a year-round basis.

§  The Rock is dedicated to being a leader in providing high-quality sport programs and to enhancing the economic and social quality of life for Wisconsin through sport tourism.

§  Fully integrated complex to provide ski, snowboarding, baseball/softball fields, BMX racing, mountain bike trails, gravity biking and special RockX events (e.g. haunted trails, mud runs, etc.).

§  The Rock utilizes industry experts to provide best-in-class consulting during construction and maintenance phases.

§  Our overall vision for Rock League Baseball is to provide, teach and administer the “ultimate” baseball experience.

–  A league that encompasses all ages and skill levels –  Create a program that fosters success and development for the player in

their character attributes and athletic performance –  Play on pro-level fields –  Daily scheduled league games –  Weekly Clinics –  Monthly Showcases –  Seven tournament weekends

§  Create a “Major League” experience for the players; including aspects like including the National Anthem and having their name announced.

§  Create a camaraderie for players and their teammates, as well as the Metro Milwaukee baseball community.

HIGH SCHOOL §  MaxPreps is America's source for

high school sports. §  Aspires to cover every team,

every game and every player. §  They do this in partnership with

nearly 25,000 varsity coaches throughout the United States.

§  As part of CBS Sports, MaxPreps delivers this message on the platforms that reaches your audience – online, on-site, on-air, and mobile.

YOUTH §  USSSA Baseball tournaments

are consistently the best-coordinated and most participated in youth baseball tournaments in the nation.

§  60,000 teams and 1,200,000 participants were registered for USSSA Baseball in 2012.

§  Focuses on teams between U8 and U13.

ADULT §  MSBL/MABL is the premier

amateur baseball league for adults 18 and older.

§  Adult leagues include the following: –  18 & over –  25 & over –  35 & over –  45 & over –  55 & over

§  3,200 teams nationally §  54 teams locally §  45,000 members §  30 regional tournaments §  6 national tournaments

The Rock has partnered with three major baseball organizations. These are governing bodies that bring accredited tournaments and league play to The Rock.
