The exhibition area has been designed to ensure good visibility and access to all displays. The exhibition area will be located a short distance from all Congress sessions. All morning tea and lunch catering, as well as pre-event drinks, will be held in the exhibition area to ensure maximum exposure throughout the Congress. In addition, sponsors who receive priority placement will be allocated their booths in the first instance, and the remainder of the booths will be assigned in order of date of confirmation (based on receipt of the completed Acceptance Form). Exhibitors will be contacted by the conference organisers for booth location preferences.

BOOTH PACKAGE INCLUDES

• Size: 3m x 3m exhibition booth (standard size) or 6m x 3m exhibition booth (double)

• Walls: Back and side modular walls, 2.4m high, finished in white Octonorm

• Flooring: The venue is fully carpeted

• Signage: Fascia signage on all open sides on the exhibition booth with company name

• Lighting: 2 spot lights, per booth

• Power: 1 x single phase 10amp power point, per booth

• Furniture: 1 x clothed trestle table, 2 x chairs, per booth

PAYMENT TERMS

60% deposit required on confirmation of sponsorship.40% final instalment required by January 2018. A tax invoice will be sent.

CANCELLATION TERMS

If the event is cancelled by the organiser less than 12 months prior to the scheduled date, the sponsor is entitled to a 75% refund. If the event is rescheduled by the organiser, and the sponsors can reasonably demonstrate their inability to participate, it will be entitled to a full refund.

In the event of sponsor or exhibitor cancellation, UDIA(VIC) reserves the right to retain monies paid in full unless resold.

In the event of cancellation by a sponsor or partner, which must be in writing, the sponsorship sum is not refundable unless a replacement sponsor can be secured. Should one or more of the agreed partnership or sponsorship benefits not be able to be delivered, the organisers reserve the right to substitute an alternative benefit in lieu.
