Customer DemonstrationsUp to 50 active user ID’s to demonstrate Software Services to prospective customers without need to report such use. Works like demo account.
Server AdministratorsUp to 20 administrators per datacenter. This usage doesn’t need to be reportedNo report/payment needed for demonstrations, evaluations, trial testing, server administration and maintenance
Internal useAllowed if such use is less than 50% of the total use of such products by all of its end-users (on a product by product basis). Needs to be reported and paid

SPLA Agreement (requirements)The following is required to obtain and maintain a SPLA:

• Provide monthly use report or zero use report on software licenses
• Submit monthly invoice payment• Provide technical support to your customers on the Microsoft
products you offer• Abide by the copyright guidelines, the use of trademarks, and
antipiracy obligations• Agree to participate in Microsoft SPLA audits

SPLA Agreement (reporting)The customer is required to submit either a monthly use report or zero use report on the 10th of each month for the previous month usage
The Reseller is required to place the report to MS between 1st and 15th of each month (rebates are affected for non-accurate reporting – after 15th)
A zero use report is required if no fees are due that month. 6 zero reports in sequence will lead to the agreement termination
No monthly report will lead to the agreement termination
Corporate Enrolment: the customer end user name and address must be reported for the customer with more than U.S.$1,000 per month revenueUsage reports for these end-customers must be submitted under separate end-customer (Corporate) enrolments (will be covered later)
Country of Usage must be provided and is the country where the End-User is located
