• Allow leadership to develop and grow.• Get to know all your employees and their families.• Do not sit in isolation in ivory towers.• Reward early warnings even when they hurt.

• We don’t have to be in conflict … because we are just not the same.

• Enjoy diversity and promote it.• Respect diversity of culture and different life

7: Focus on Creativity

• People are bursting with creativity but walk through life like robots.

• Look at each “difficulty” as an opportunity for creativity.

• Allowing creativity within a solid value foundation it is a sure guarantee for business success


8: Follow a Holistic Approach

• Recognise the interdependence’s that exists in your business.

• Each human being and every task is part of the BIG PICTURE, and the big picture is greater than its parts.


9: Embrace Transformation

Accept that CHANGE is an integral part of our lives ... and implement qualitative change rather than quantitative change.


10: Focus on “Community”

• Build a sense of community … a sense of belonging.
