BL from the University of Brasilia Law School. MCL from the College of Law, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Wide experienced in legal aspects of business, with frequent traveling to destinations in almost all of the continents for providing legal support to Clients. Fluent in English, French and Spanish. Lived, studied and worked in the USA, Iraq, Angola and South Africa. Former counsel, advisor and legal director of large scale companies in Brazil and abroad.

Paulo Fernando Jucá

LLB from the Catholic University of Salvador (UCSal, Law

School); specialization in public law by PUC/Belo Horizonte.

MBA from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas/São Paulo; graduate

studies in business at the University of California in Los

Angeles – UCLA. Fluent in English and Spanish. Large

professional experience in Africa giving legal support to

different infrastructure, real estate development, bilateral

cooperation and urban development projects

Wilson Nasser Sleiman

LLB from the Federal University at Rio de Janeiro. Former in-

house lawyer for Mendes Junior International Company in

Iraq. Specializes in legal aspects of business with the Middle

East and in general corporate law. Fluent in Arabic and

English.

Rosane Teixeira Spinola

LLB from the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC)

Law School. Wide international experience. Fluent in
