Since the favourite sport for the people of Y was the

game of football, X was initially attracted to the game but rose to fame in another sport. However, academics came in-between his love for sports and his mother was not very supportive of him taking up any sport as a career. By then, his elder brother was already an established cricketer for the Bengal cricket team. He supported X's dream to be a cricketer and asked their father to get X enrolled in a camp when he was 15. Despite being right-handed, X learnt to bat left-handed only so he could use his brother's sporting equipment.

The first historically documented formula for X

appears in Charaka Samhita, the ancient Ayurvedic treatise. Various Indian texts like the Mahabharata and the Puranas relate that the Vaid named Ashwini Kumar, who was a medical adviser to the Devas during Vedic times first prepared this formulation for a Rishi at his Ashram on Dhosi Hill near Narnaul, hence the name X.
