2015 / 2016 SPIDERS AND OTHER TRACKED LIFTS2

Compact in size and with 4 Wheel Drive, the Leguan can access many difficult locations. Being skid-steer, the Leguan turns on the spot, and with all controls conveniently located in the platform, is very quick and easy to operate.

Sloping ground can be worked on safely thanks to the long travel of the hydraulic stabilizer legs.

Operator visibility is excellent, allowing for precise manoeuvring through difficult areas.

Set up on a strong steel trailer, the combined weight of the Leguan and trailer allows it to be towed behind most tradies vehicles. (Tracked 125M1 version pictured above.)

The Leguan can be set up and elevated whilst still on some special trailers, or can be driven off and used separately. Featuring dual power sources, the Leguan is just as at home indoors as outdoors, making this machine one of the most versatile E.W.Ps available.

The 125 M1 is certified for two operators and the load control system prevents operators overloading the machine. The strong all-steel construction ensures many years of reliability.

SPECIFICATIONS

Lifting points are standard on all Monitor spider-lifts. Being light in weight they are very easily lifted onto trucks or difficult job sites.

Jockey Wheel (caster) option available for allowing smoother turns on fragile surfaces such as lawns or tiles.

Rubber tracks are available for exceptionally soft or boggy conditions such as mud, sand or snow. Tracks also provide extra stability on sloping terrain.

The Leguan construction is still all in no nonsense steel, including the basket. The wheels are driven by four powerful direct-drive hydraulic motors; (no chains and sprockets to adjust).

The new generation Leguan 130 still provides the rugged simplicity that has ensured long-term reliability in Australian conditions since 1999. The modern heavy-duty chassis features 4x4 drive as standard, with a dedicated track drive system as an option for very difficult off-road conditions.

A powerful, smooth and quiet twin cylinder Kubota water-cooled diesel engine ensures the Leguan has the grunt required for the toughest applications. The dual power system (240V) is standard in Australia, allowing the Leguan to also work indoors, with no engine fumes, and virtually silent to operate.

The controls are simple and well proven live hydraulic levers. These provide smooth proportional operations and long term reliability. The new style of the control panels improves ergonomics and assists operator understanding.

With modern restyling, the new 130 is the same length as the 125, even though working height has been increased. The new Leguan also delivers improved stability off-road and more power for on the spot manoeuvring.

The large fly-jib is designed for maximum travel and flexibility.

This spiders light weight and compact stowed size allows easy transportation. This package, including the trailer, weighs approx. 2t.

The light-weight basket is simple to remove in less than one minute, allowing very narrow access and reducing the stowed length to only 3.69m

The 1365 and 1380 can be driven from the basket or the ground via a remote control.

The 1365 and 1380 spiders are simple, strong machines, ideally suited to commercial contractors such as painters, electricians and shed builders.

Excellent up-and-over reach with modern double knuckle technology, and adjustable fly-jib for extra manoevrability. The 2210 also has the most unique ability to rotate a complete 360 even when the stabilizer legs are set in their narrow position.

The radio control feature allows all functions to be controlled from the basket (or any other position). This includes driving, setting the stabilizer legs and operating the booms, making the 2210 exceptionally operator- friendly.

Compact dimensions + light weight = transportability! The 2210 is available on a very strong tilt-bed trailer weighing in at under 4.5 tonnes.

Weighing only just over 3 tonne, this 22m spider is ideally suited for use on load-sensitive surfaces, such as the boardwalk pictured above.

With the basket removed and tracks in narrow position, the 2210 allows for doorway access.
