o Marketing the company with limited resources and retaining a regular customer base.o Converting several contracts from low predicted profit margins to acceptable profit

margins.o Part of the Senior Management Team that secured the RFA Cluster 5 Year Contract

in 2008, (Circ £60m to £80m per year on average). o Directly managing refits, total value over last 7 years £167.059 million.
