Clinical Practice Clinical Practice Important Notes/DatesImportant Notes/Dates Applications for clinical practice in a non-paid internship or
paid internship must be submitted to the Office of Student Services by April 1st for Fall 201l term and October 1st for Spring 2012 term.
In addition to the application for clinical practice, students will need to submit the following to the Office of Student Services by April 29 for Fall term and October 30 for Spring term:◦ TB test dated that will be current throughout clinical practice.
◦ Valid Certificate of Clearance throughout clinical practice.
◦ Proof of US Constitution coursework or exam.
◦ Original, passing scores of the CBEST exam.
◦ Original, passing scores of CSET Multiple Subject, all three subtests. OR if teaching in a junior high or senior high school setting: Proof of passage of Single Subject Assessment Examination, all required subtests Or official verification of completion of a CTC-approved subject matter program
signed by the credential analyst at the institution of higher education in which the courses were successfully completed
