SPM-001 High Resolution SpectrometerThe SPM-001 is Photon Control’s high resolution benchtop spectrometer. It uses a proprietary optical design and a 150mm optical bench, to achieve up to 0.12nm resolution (SPM-001-M). It is available with either a front side illuminated Toshiba TCD1304 CCD for visible wavelength ranges, or, a TE cooled Hamamatsu InGaAs linear array for NIR sensitivity up to 2500nm.

SPM-002 Compact SpectrometerThe SPM-002 is the most versatile spectrometer in the Photon Control product line. It uses a proprietary optical design and a 70mm optical bench to achieve a higher resolution than other spectrometers of the same size on the market. The SPM-002 is available with 4 different linear arrays, depending on the appli-cation. These include a front side illuminated Toshiba CCD TCD1304DG for general purpose measure-ment applications, a Hamamatsu S9840 and S11071-1106 back-thinned CCD’s for high UV sensitivity and a Hamamatsu G9204-512D InGaAs linear array for NIR sensitivity.
