SH50
The SH50 series square luminaire shall consist of a roof assembly, cage, diffuser, capital, ballast assembly and an internal optical system. The hinged roof shall be made of cast aluminum and shall have a spun aluminum cupola and a cast aluminum finial. The diffuser shall be either clear, frosted or white acrylic or polycarbonate or clear tempered glass. The cage shall be made of cast aluminum and shall be welded to the capital. All castings shall be formed true to pattern, with no warping or mold shifting.
The electrical and optical components shall be mounted on a cast aluminum ballast plate within the capital. The medium or mogul porcelain socket shall be 4kV pulse rated. The HID ballast shall be HPF, CWA, multi-tap, supplied with capacitor and ignitor. Luminaire shall be ETL certified as suitable for wet locations. Lamps by others.
LEDs shall be Cree X-Lamp XP-L White, with sealed LediL Strada optics. Class II driver shall be 50,000+ hours rated.
The optical assembly shall be mechanically secured to the ballast plate and/or the roof, as appropriate.
The luminaire shall mount to a 3”OD or 4”OD x 3”H tenon with three sets of two stainless steel tamper resistant screws. All exposed metal parts shall receive baked-on smooth semi-gloss powder coat finish. Ships boxed and palletized.

SH37
The SH37 series luminaire shall consist of a diffuser, capital, ballast assembly, an internal optical system, a shade and a top cap. The shade and the top cap shall be supported by aluminum struts, which shall be permanently secured to the capital. The diffuser shall be secured to the cast aluminum capital by positive preassure. All castings shall be formed true to pattern, with no warping or mold shifting. The shade shall be made of an aluminum spinning.
The electrical components shall be mounted within the luminaire and shall be protected by a spun aluminum ballast chamber. The medium porcelain socket shall be 4KV pulse rated. The HID ballast shall be HPF, CWA, multi-tap, supplied with capacitor and ignitor. Luminaire shall be certifed to UL 1598 as suitable for wet locations. Lamps by others. Optical assembly shall be mechani-cally secured to the capital.
The luminaire shall mount to a 4”OD x 4”H tenon with four stain-less steel tamper resistant Allen set screws. All exposed hardware is stainless steel. All exposed metal parts shall receive baked-on smooth semi-gloss powder coat finish. Ships boxed and pallet-ized.
