SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, PAULA BIANCA P. TAGUMPANA, of legal age, Filipino, with postal address at __________________, do hereby name, constitute and appoint, by these presents, have named, constituted and appointed LEONORA NUNAG, of legal age, Filipino with postal address at ___________ Village, Manibaug Libutad, Porac, Pamapanga to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my behalf, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds, to wit:

1. To sell, transact, negotiate and transfer my property located at Barangay, Poblacion, San Remigio, Cebu, a parcel of land together with the improvements therein (hereinafter referred to as the “subject property”).

2. To ask, demand, recover and receive all sums of money, which shall be or become due to me arising from the sale, transfer, assignment and conveyance of the subject property.

3. To sign, execute and deliver contracts, certifications or other instruments incident to the aforementioned transactions, upon such terms and conditions and under such covenants and conditions which he may deem just, fit, proper and convenient and to sign, execute and deliver, on my behalf, any and all contracts, agreements, certifications and other instruments to effect the foregoing.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said Attorney-in-Fact, full power and authority, to do and perform whatsoever is necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that the said attorney shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
