Location
History
Chung-Shan Park was established in 1915.
Originally named “Ping-Tung Park” by the Japanese.
In the park stands several monuments, each telling us its own story silently. Here lies the happy memories of our parents, and their parents, grandparents.
The Past and the present
Chung-Shan Park used to be an untidy and dark place. Ping-Tung County Government torn down the walls about years ago and started a bold reconstruction plan for the old park.
New structures were added to the park. They include public restrooms, cafe shops and boutique shops.
