EngineA Caterpillar 3406C jacket water aftercooled (JWAC) diesel engine provides373 kW (500 hp) for the power neededin tough milling applications. Theengine is mounted transversely in themachine frame and is easily accessiblewith a hydraulic assist lift-up hood andside swing-open access panels. RotorThe 2006 mm (79") rotor width enablesthe PM-465 to handle city street andurban applications, as well as high pro-duction work on highways, interstatesor runways. The triple wrap rotordesign provides excellent tooth spacingwhile the one piece flighting deliversdurable wear. Front-Loading Conveyor The PM-465 features a front-loadingconveyor for greater productivity. Theconveyor swings 45 degrees to the rightor left depending on your job require-ments.
