1. Joyce Chastain, SPHR

With many years of senior-level human resources experience in the private

sector environment, Joyce Chastain brings practical know-how to each

engagement. Her human resources consulting practice specializes in talent

Ms. Chastain holds a Business Administration degree from Emmanuel

1. Steve Waterhouse, Predictive Index

Steve Waterhouse is an author and consultant who helps organizations

improve their bottom lines. His company, Predictive Results, uses the Predictive Index assessment and Customer-Focused Selling program to

improve Leadership development, hiring and sales. In his unique career, he has been an engineer on the successful Patriot

Missile System, founder of a successful chain of community newspapers and directed a 300% turnaround of Vortech Corporation.

His clients have included Chico’s FAS, AT&T, IBM, United Airlines and the

Xerox.

2.Richard Margulies, Jackson Lewis, LLP

RICHARD MARGULIES is the Managing Partner of the Jackson Lewis LLP office in Jacksonville, Florida. His entire legal career has involved the

representation of management clients exclusively in employment related

matters. Mr. Margulies is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell and has been recognized in the 2008-2012 editions of Best Lawyers in America for Labor

and Employment Law and a Florida Super Lawyer 2009-2012.

Mr. Margulies’ practice is concentrated in two primary areas. First, he regularly counsels human resource professionals and in-house counsel on

workplace related issues and compliance strategies, including the drafting of executive employment agreements, personnel policies, and separation

agreements. Mr. Margulies has extensive experience in WARN compliance, having served as counsel for a number of the largest facility closings and

reductions in force in North Florida in the last decade.

Mr. Margulies’ second area of focus is in the representation of employers before state and federal administrative agencies and in federal and state

courts under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the

After graduating with honors from the University of Virginia in 1976, Mr. Margulies worked in the food service industry and owned a restaurant

located in Charlottesville, Virginia. He then went to law school and, after graduating from Stetson University College of Law in 1986, moved to

Jacksonville.

3. Sean Lynch – Sr. Consultant, LeadStar

from Yale University, Sean’s early leadership achievements came as an F-16

combat fighter pilot in the United States Air Force. A talented professional

After completing his military service, Sean became a commercial pilot where

he excelled & advanced within the airline industry. Ultimately, his passion for

consultant, Sean is recognized for his exceptional abilities as instructor, his

uncanny ability to understand the cultural nuances of client organizations, &

his valuable curriculum design expertise.

Sean’s appreciation for the finer points of leading well & achieving success

through one’s ability to influence outcomes & inspire others make him an

excellent facilitator. To further support the organization development needs

of his clients, Sean is certified in the delivery of the DiSC & PMAI behavioral

assessments & has noted expertise in leadership mentoring & coaching. He

As a Business Services Representative, Arelis works directly with employers

to post their job openings on the Employ Florida Marketplace and matches

qualified applicants to those job openings. Arelis also introduces employers

to other services available to them through FloridaWorks. In doing so, Arelis

develops relationships with area human resources directors and business

owners, learning about their needs and how FloridaWorks Business Services

can help meet them

Director of Business Services – Joe Johnson

As the Director of Business Services, Joe develops relationships with human

resources directors and area businesses, discussing FloridaWorks services, encouraging them to post their job openings on the Employ Florida

Marketplace and educating them about available employee training grants. He participates in a weekly radio show, Job Talk, through the Florida

Employers Advisory Council (FEAC), during which he promotes FloridaWorks, current job openings, and the resources available through the Employ

Florida Marketplace.

Joe also serves on the FloridaWorks High Skills/High Wages Committee and

is a member of the North Central Florida Society for Human Resource Management, the Business Leadership Network, FEAC, the Peaceful Paths

Domestic Abuse Network Board of Directors and Leadership Gainesville Alumni Association.

1. Rick Staab, CEO Intermed BioMedical

Richard (Rick) Staab is the Owner and President/CEO of InterMed

Biomedical Services, Inc. and InterMed Nuc Med Services, Inc. and

InterMed Ultrasound Services, Inc.

As an experienced professional with over 20 years of medical equipment and

business knowledge, Rick has been in the business of Medical equipment

services since 1990 since completing his degree (Bachelor of Science) from

Hampden-Sydney College, VA. Rick and his wife Michelle are the Co-

Founders of Tyler’s Hope for a Dystonia Cure, a charity organization that

is aggressively seeking a cure and treatment for Dystonia (a devastating

neurological disorder).

In 1994, Rick Co-founded and established InterMed Biomedical Services,

to provide superior service and repair of medical equipment. Rick has

established several more companies including InterMed Nuc Med, Inc..

and InterMed Ultrasound Services, Inc.

Rick possesses a keen understanding of the medical equipment business,

leadership skills, and entrepreneurship to meet almost any challenge. As an

executive with over 25 years of business and managerial experience, Rick is

considered a valuable resource to his clients. Rick lives in Gainesville, Florida with

his wife Michelle and three children, Tyler (15), Samantha (12), and Luke (7).

Rick is an avid sportsman that enjoys sports, travel, and spending time with family

and friends.

2. Bill Krizner - The Krizner Group

William “Bill” Krizner’s background includes extensive experience in client

counseling, employment law litigation, and governmental investigations. He

founded The Krizner Group after working for the national employment firm

of Fisher & Phillips, LLP and then leading the employment law division for the

Tallahassee-based firm of Collins & Truett, LLP. Mr. Krizner has published

dozens of articles relating to various employment law topics; including

hiring, proper termination procedures, employee monitoring, and the

dangers imposed by the Americans with Disabilities Act and Family Medical

Leave Act. Mr. Krizner also regularly provides speaking engagements for

state & national associations on varying employment law topics.

3. Kimberly Harrell, MS, PHR

Kimberly is a Senior HR Consultant for Willis Human Capital Practice. She is

an experienced human resources professional and proactive business partner

with more than 15 years of experience providing full-service HR consultation

and direction to executives, managers and employees for various

organizations.

In March 2012, Kimberly joined Willis after serving in HR consulting roles for

the past 7 years. Kimberly's diverse HR background has enabled her to bring

an innovative, practical and fresh perspective to HR issues. She has

consulted with companies across a wide variety of industries, including

health care, professional services, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and non-
