The SPE (Pakistan Section) PAPG Annual Technical Symposium & Exhibition is one of the largest and most awaited Oil and Gas event of Pakistan and is attended by over 1200, national and international, delegates from the Industry, Academia and the Government. We are pleased to announce that the 26th Annual Event is being held on 19th and 20th November 2019 at the Serena Hotel, Islamabad. Theme of the symposium is “Offshore and Unconventional Resources – The Game Changers”.
There are twenty 3 X 3 meter shells stalls, nine 2 X 5 meter spaces, two 3 X 6 meter spaces and one 3 X 3 meter space available for exhibitors to display and project their products and technologies as per the attached layout. The organizing committee takes pleasure in inviting your esteemed organization to book their stalls from the following available options:
Standard Booth KK‐1 (3M X 3M) PKR 150,000/‐ (20 stalls)
Space KK‐2 (2M X 5M) PKR 250,000/‐ (6 spaces)
Space ‐ Entrance Lobby (2M X 5M) PKR 300,000/‐ (3 spaces)
Space ‐ Entrance Lobby (3M X 6M) PKR 400,000/‐ (2 spaces)
Space – Entrance Lobby (3M X 3M) PKR 250,000/‐ (1 space)
The exhibitor will have to prepare customized stall for the space provided. Stalls shall be booked, tentatively, on first come first basis and shall be confirmed upon receiving the full payment. These rates are exclusive of taxes. The tentative booked will be held for a period of 2 weeks only from the date of initial booking.
