The polar groups grafted on the polymer backbone offer excellent adhesion to polar materials i.e.: epoxy resins, aluminium and polar polymers. It is suitable to withstand high pipeline operating temperatures up to 140°C. It contains anti-oxidant in order to ensure excellent long term properties. Processing/Extrusion Recommendations

Proesive® R.3.HT can be applied by flat-head die or cross-head die extrusion. Below mentioned processing conditions are recommendations and might be adapted to specific extrusion equipment used. Detailed recommendations can be only made when extrusion equipment and application are known. Please contact Industrie Polieco – MPB Srl. for more information.

Specifications Proesive® R.3.HT complies with the requirements as per following national and international standards,

when used in combination with compatible epoxy powders (FBE), Procoat® polypropylene compounds and if correct process, application and quality control procedures are implemented by applicator. NF A 49711 DIN 30678 ISO 21809-1 DEP 31.40.30.31 GEN

Storage Proesive® R.3.HT should be stored indoor, in dry conditions at temperatures below 50°C, protected from

UV-light in closed (original) packaging. Improper storage can initiate degradation which can have a negative influence on the physical properties of this product.

Safety Proesive® R.3.HT is classified as no-dangerous material. Material Safety Data Sheet is on request available.
