should follow the Planning zones which

4.1 SECURITY- POLICE
Law and order are increasingly becoming a matter of concern in Delhi. For maintenance of proper law and order, the security force must keep pace with
the growth and development of an area. The main agency looking after security aspect in the city is Delhi Police. At present, there are 123 police stations,
80 police posts, 10 Delhi Armed Police battalions, 9 District offices of DCPs and 9 District Lines.

4.4 MIX OF USES
In all integrated schemes, a minimum of 30% of overall FAR shall be mandatory for Residential use, a minimum 10% of FAR for commercial use and minimum 10%
of FAR for community facilities. Mix of uses and FAR utilization for the remaining 50% FAR shall be as per the land use category designated in the Zonal Plan.

The Headquarters of the Delhi Police is located at Indraprastha Estate. Delhi. There are three Special Commissioners of Police, 17 Joint Commissioners of Police, 7
Addl. Commissioners of Police, 74 Deputy Commissioners of Police and many ACPs and very large number of other police officers/men to assist them.
