• 3.0 GPA in all 4 major subject areas (Science, Social Studies, Math, and ELA)

• As of 2nd MP of 8th grade year

College CreditsSpartan School of Business and Rowan College at Gloucester 

County have carefully selected business-related courses that academy students are encouraged to take during the summer of their junior/senior year and each semester of their senior year.  

These courses build on the foundation of business knowledge established at Deptford High and are offered at discounted tuition rate for Spartan School of Business students.  In addition, high school credits will be earned for the successful completion of these courses.  It is suggested students complete 3 college courses before graduation potentially earning 9-12+ college credits.

Internship Experience

Academy students are encouraged to gain valuable real-world experiences through work or intern experience during their senior year.   Internships will be available in the Deptford Township School District and will other local businesses.
