COMENIUS WALL AT THE SPANISH SCHOOL. We have placed a mural, which has been decorated with flags, maps, essays and several souvenirs, in a remarkable place clearly visible by all the members of the educational community. We have also included many pictures we took in our visit to Turkey. They make easier the presentation of some aspects of the Turkish culture to the school members.

GIFTS: During our multiple exchanges we received several souvenirs such as a Turkish carpet, a mug with the school logo, a poster, etc.

However, the thing that impressed us most of our Turkish partners was their generosity in hosting people. They think it is one of the most essential determinants of live. However, many people in Spain are losing this good habit.

As we mentioned before, they are grateful people. For this reason, when the Mayor of Usak received us he gifted us a typical carpet of the region.

Then, Mr. Ali Riza, the Mayor of Ulubey, welcomed us giving us a decorative plate and a picture of the famous Ulubey Canyon.

Even though it was a bit complicated to check in the picture and the frame in our flight back to Spain, it finally arrived. We placed it at our school (as you can see in the picture). We sent a copy to the Mayor, Mister Ali, because we thought it could be interesting to show him how we introduced their culture, places and presents into our school. He was very glad seeing how we taught our Spanish students and teachers about Ulubey Canyon, a natural heritage.
