MEET AARONAaron works at a publishing firm in the Flatiron building in Manhattan.
He's craving a Shack Burger, cheese fries, and a black and white shake.
Does he have enough time to wait in line at Shake Shack?

Come on up to the Shack!Order #2954
is ready.
BENEFITS• Taking to the next level the technology already in
place at Shake Shack
• Shake Shack fans can make a more informed decision when choosing to go and eat at Shake Shack
• A more accurate wait-time estimate reduces customer frustrations when they do come and wait in line
• Cameras and notification of number of people in line could be used in many places with typically long waits (Trader Joe’s, Cake Boss bakery, etc.)
CONSIDERATIONS• Camera angle, range, resolution, accuracy
• Balancing added efficiency of order taking to stay within Shake Shack’s target time
• Do customers value a more streamline ordering system more than the personal touch?
• Would Shake Shack be opposed to fans receiving additional analytics on the average wait based on number of people in line?
