Defence is working to integrate more closely with the United States and other Combined Space Operations Initiatives Partners (AUS/CAN/DEU/FRA/NZL/GBR/USA) to enhance our space capabilities and coordinate efforts in space defence.

Plans for communications satellites and ground control stations under sovereign Australian control will provide opportunities for Australian companies.
