This is a six-month contest and the incentive period begins on September 1, 2016 and ends February 28, 2017 at 12 midnight Pacific time. Recruiting Bonus!!! Your personally sponsored recruits that join in August 2016 will count toward your recruiting requirements during the contest period! The PV (personal volume) they submit in August also counts toward your trip recruit volume requirements.

*In order to count as an “active recruit” toward the total number of recruits needed to meet contest requirements the recruit must be in active status ($25 PV in February, which is the last month of the contest period). In addition, the recruit needs to have a minimum of $25 each month during the contest period, except for the month that he/she enrolls. If you have a new recruit enroll in February 2017, in order to have that recruit count toward trip requirements, that recruit must have at least $25 PV submitted by midnight PT on February 28, 2017. If a recruit becomes inactive during the trip contest period you may not count him/her as one of your ‘active recruits’ toward the contest requirements.

Spa Destination Trip Contest details: The contest is open to all active Lemongrass Spa Products consultants in good standing regardless of title or date of enrollment. Personal volume is calculated in the software and can be tracked by home office and the consultant though the back office portal. The statistics in the software are used to determine contest earners. The home office will announce the earners of the incentive trip on March 2, 2017 and until that time results are unofficial. Throughout the contest period consultants may inquire with home office to verify the requirements necessary to meet the contest rules. Those inquiries can be made to Jennifer Dusza at [email protected]
In the event a Consultant earns the Bronze, Silver or Gold Level Package and is unable to travel, Lemongrass Spa Products will issue a $700.00 check on May 10, 2017 to the consultant. The prize packages are not transferrable to another individual.
In order for your new recruit to count toward the contest requirements the recruit must have $25 PV each month to count as an ‘active’ recruit. It is important to educate your recruit in maintaining his/her minimum requirements each month. The new recruit does NOT need to have $25 in PV during the month in which he/she enrolls to count toward the contest, except during the month of February, which is the last month of the contest. In order for a new recruit who enrolls in February to count toward your recruit requirements he/she must have $25 PV submitted by February 28, 2017 at 12 midnight Pacific Time. Example: you have a recruit, Linda, who enrolls August 15, 2016. She counts as one of your recruits as long as she has $25 PV in Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec., Jan. and Feb. Her PV counts toward your recruit’s total PV requirements from Aug 1, 2016 – Feb. 28, 2017. Her PV submitted in August 2016 counts toward trip requirements.
If a consultant wants to extend his/her trip either before or after the published dates of travel it is the responsibility of the consultant to pay and arrange his/her own additional transportation to/from the resort where the Lemongrass Spa Products group will be staying. Lemongrass Spa Products reserves the right to modify, within reason, any portion of the incentive trip package in the event of extenuating circumstances and those modifications will be communicated to trip earners in advance.
The travel dates of the trip are planned for June 9, 2017 through June 13, 2017.
