Our equipment by Matrix offers you high-performance, time-tested kit to make sure every mile, squat and press really counts.

Power up your day with a run on a treadmill, feel the benefits and the burn of training with kettle bells, or make the most of our multi station trainer. You can even book a local personal trainer to make sure your regime doesn’t slip. Now that’s dedication.

Once you’re spent, you can head to the shower room or plunge into our terrace top Vitality pool and relax under warm jets with stunning sea views. Makes every pounding step worth it.
