In Mexico and some parts of the United States, people celebrate and honor their loved ones that have passed away on November 1st and 2nd. They build “ofrendas”, which are altars that help them rememberthat person. Also, on the altars, they offer the spirits of their loved ones stuff like food, grooming items, etc,so they can be happy in the afterlife.
