has over 20 years experience in Pest management. In 2006 he became Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the British Pest Control Association (BPCA). Oliver was part of the team that delivered the Roma Protocol, the start of a pan-European drive to deliver unified standards for the management of pests.

• Chris Parmiter BSc(hons) MSB CBiolis a Chartered Biologist with 16 years in the Pest Industry: his time has been split almost equally between experience in the servicing side of the Industry with some of the UK's leading providers and more recently was running one of the UK's main pesticide manufacturers and distribution.
