The second round should emphasize that the time to complete is approximately 15 minutes, and also ask respondents if they are interested in participating on the JTC, current representation in Region 3 SCOTE and Region 1 SCOD is one representative only and this may not be representative. (In-Progress, see Survey Status Item Below) b) Olson-Lutkevich- Shareware Site- Set up Project Solve Website, for all members to access. Olson- Provide Paul will current documents, Paul and his group establish site. (Complete- See Email Invitation to the AASHTO Joint Technical Committee on Roadway Lighting email. Step 1- Olson make changes, Step 2- Steering Committee Review and Approve, Step 3 JTC Review and Approve, Step 4 send final document for SCOH ballot. (Step 1 and 2 Complete) Need JTC Review/approval- Current Versions is attached:

d) Carl Anderson- Provide a written summary of discussion on current and proposed research efforts, at federal level and international level for inclusion in the minutes. (Note Joe Cheung to follow up with Carl on this item) (NO ACTION)

e) All- Identify possible IESNA, consulting engineers, industry association representatives, academia representatives and additional State DOT representatives to invite to participate in the JTC. (In-Progress) Additional state dot representatives will be solicited with the next round of state dot surveys. The effort to recruit others from IESNA, consulting engineers, industry association representatives, academia representatives is on hold. (In-Progress)

d) Library Update- Shareware Site Update: Paul was asked to check on the ability to have all members view the document during the meeting. Paul responded via email- The Shareware software does not have this capability, but a webinar could be setup if needed in the future. Will stay the course for the moment and continue doing reviews as they have been done in Status Meeting 3 and 4.
