Most people born in the last

century recall this amazing

phenomenon in the

universe.

I remember that day work

activities were suspended

and we were on summer

vacation. People are

sport at the racetrack with a

it. As the moon began to

see flocks of birds filled the

sky rushed to get to their

nests, confused chirping,

and the dogs began to bark

while others howled, and

threw on the ground

preparing to sleep, and

insects disappear, and the

lizards running for cover.

Gradually, as the moon came over

the glare of the sun, the silencie

was present.When I climax eclipse

forming a ring with diamond, it was

quiet, I think we were all speechless and

spellbound watching the sky, watching

the star-filled open day (never seen a sky

so eh crashed in my city like that day

because at night artificial lights do not

allow as wide visibility of our

star system).

Everything is dark (or at least I recall). The calm, the silence, hear nothing,

and I am not interested to hear anything at the time, you could see a

colorful aura to regild the moon, as beautiful and bright, I could not take

my eyes and feel thanks to the life!

The solar eclipse 6:37 mn drive, seen only in 9 countries; Unfortunately

not be repeated in my city if not to the May 28, 2291 total solar eclipse

I'm very lucky, like millions of humans who had the opportunity to

marvel and appreciate this event and the era in which we were born.

Being alive

Why do you think that rock bands do not give them

the importance and the same space as other genres?

Because the culture we have in this country is not

Rockera as it is in America where the Hard Rock is

very commercial, is like listening to pop in México.

That's why we try to make our music is more

Mexico.

What motivates you to stick with glass and steel

when many contemporary bands have disappeared?

made a program" Siempre en Domingo "and I knew all of

Mexico. Now you can multiple programs without getting people to

locate you, but this alignment has maturity and that maturity is

what will allow us to overcome the obstacles we face.

other arias that are obviously more profits and short-

term, eh left to do other things that I also love. But I

chose this path.

What genres have made inroads, and why?

in various genres, classical music, folk, classical.

Page 21: Soy nº in English

At what age did you become interested in music?

The National School of Music, from 1999 until

2006. Graduated in Composition, and had private

Live music as a performer.

What would you sacrifice for your vocation?

Whatever, exchange country.Anything to achieve

Why did you get a Cristal y Acero?

Because he knew since childhood, my dad had

What is your vision in Cristal y Acero?

Make a type of music the public taste, to reach

Mauricio Cuevas Bassist.

At what age did you became interested in music?

From age 9, just that it made me to study up to 11. I started

with the guitar, take lessons for two years. Then take of under

5 years old guitar and get back another 2 years.

What instrument is your passion?

Lower, because I feel I can express all the feelings I dare each

of their records. That feeling you feel when you hear a low note

makes my stomach quiver. It will look something weird but

that's how I feel every time I play.

At what age debut?

I do not know if you mean. Say, with a group because it was the

age of 18, but if we return for student presentations from 12.

How was your first band and how many groups have you been?

"BADA" which was the name of Kurt Cobain's imaginary

friend. That crazy, huh? Eh to 7 groups.

Have you always played covers?

Hmm ... Nope! In fact only and been in three cover bands,

which are Penumbra, and Alsas Coverside for Mary.

Your original music is in English? Or Spanish?

Spanish Sonar national media, but I always say: "here speaks

Spanish, so always in Spanish."

Why did you get a Cristal y Acero?

At first because I found out by close friends and very close to the band

needed a bassist. And second, since high school listened to Cristal y

Acero bit, but listening. I was present in the rock opera "Dracula"

with which I said. "Ay no ma ... that this band sounds scrubber ", and

like everyone we always have a pipe dream and if you ever dreamed of

being part of the alignment that caught me by listening, because as you

can see, my fate played a joke in very good taste which I am very

grateful to be here in this great lineup, sharing the stage with people

with great musical talent and above all people of good feelings, you

give your friendship without expecting anything in return.

What is your future vision ah Cristal y Acero?

Follow the music for the love you feel for her, and make a great band

like this never dies, that the music created by Crystal continues to

resound from generation to generation, maybe longer with us but with

music that capture and feel the essence of glass and steel.

How do you feel in glass and steel?

Full and happy. I am filled with musical and sound corny, but I feel

loved.

What is the summit as a musician to feel full?

I think it's being recognized by people for what you do with your art,

but I do not mean the lights and that, naaa ...! Rather, the recognition

of people you admire and you say something like "well, that's what

you are." But most of all being full and satisfied with yourself.

Who is Mauricio Cuevas?

I am a musician, very happy and like what it is and does.

Do the followers of glass and steel they can expect from you that

surprised?

A good performance of my instrument and a friend, not only a

musician onstage, but also a great friend.

One last comment you want to do?

Music does not just leave your guitar notes you accomplish with

it. The music came from beyond, come from your feeling, your heart,

which passes dare your hands to get to be sound with melody and

cadence.

For a year or more we began to hear in the media the

word "bullying" Dutch term that means harassment, and

that Mexico was adopted to label the fights between

students, primarily high school.

When I was in high school, these fights were, and even

today have not changed, the difference is now very easy

videotaped, photographed and display them on the

Internet. The media have taken advantage of these

unfortunate events making news tabloid, putting

nickname and making it more "commercial" with a

foreign name.

I do not advocate violence, let alone the yellow becomes

more violent and more harmful than actually causing

fear, stress, confusion, and just to have a note to sell,

causing fights between students gain popularity and

unfortunately sending the wrong message, because the

popular youth is attractive. While it is true that human

consciousness is designed to solve problems without

using brute force, it is also true that we are animals, and

often act on instinct, and adolescence is a stage

where we do not have full awareness of our actions, and

the instinct becomes higher.Young people are

vulnerable at puberty and extremists: most do not control

their emotions and get carried away by them, driven by

the powerlessness vent their anger with their friends,

siblings and peers.

Pág. 22

Page 25: Soy nº in English

It is good to judge and point to new generations as if we had

not heard, seen, or experienced in our youth fights. It's

nothing new. Also remember that some of my friends came

to meet other students from carrying stones, sticks and

chains, or fighting melee. Never approved or approve this

type of conduct, the consequences can end in tragedy.

It is therefore important that before we judge and label the

youth do an internal analysis of our past to understand the

behavior of our children and young people generally

remember those moments of frustration and the reasons

that lead you to act like that way, because only then can we

understand, advise and educate them, guide them as adults

consent to a future without violence.

Made extraordinary historical novel series, which recreates the life of Spartacus, gladiator who rebelled against the Roman Empire.

No doubt this series will catch the well-made plot. It portrays the lifestyle of the ancient world, when crude barbarism prevailed (as the Roman arena and other arenas), where people enjoyed acts of bloodshed, war and sadists just for fun. It also shows the lifestyle of the upper class and how to survive the slaves.

Love, betrayal, brotherhood, greed, revenge, death, nudity, sex and "much blood" are the main features of the series. His realism would not be as convincing if any of these features were missing.

Do not recommend for children or people narrow-minded, as the naked sex scenes and blood are very strong (as I said before, it would not be as good if not have these features).

The series has two seasons is now available through various means.Series produced by Stars Media, along with Bob Tapert and Raimi San filmed in New Zealand, the format is like that used in the movie "The 300". Key actions to: Andy Whitfield, Lucy Lawless, Viva Bianca, John Hannah, Dustin Clare.
