Administration- deals with the flow and function of an organization through formulating policy and procedures in accordance with the mission and goals
It can be both an established position and/or a role undertaken based on organizational context
Hierarchy—Administration can exist at any level based on organizational needs

Management—the group within the organization who maintains the cohesiveness and effectiveness of the organization
the process of utilizing the policies and procedures of the organization to maintain the cohesiveness and effectiveness of the organization
Hierarchy--It is situational or contextual based on the organization. Management can be at different levels within the organization
