This is a new, statement development in the centre of Leeds. The Building/p.2 provides over 80,000 sq ft of Grade ‘A’ workspace as well as 10,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space. All part of a scheme that is set to transform this area of the city. The Location/p.8 is key in a plan to connect the city core and the planned South Bank development. The Details/p.16 show an exemplar building, delivered by committed developers, Bruntwood and Kier Property. A quick programme sees construction well underway and the building due for completion to a potential CAT B fit-out by mid 2016.

The building
This brand new six storey building will provide BREEAM Excellent Grade ‘A’ office space on the five upper floors of circa 16,500 sq ft.
Flexible floorplates enable various options for office configurations and an abundance of natural light is provided throughout with full-height glazing.
The ground floor of the building provides retail and leisure amenities while the office entrance opens onto the landscaped gardens of the square and offers a lunchtime retreat and an alternative breakout space.

The location
The new Sovereign Square development is situated adjacent to Leeds station and in the heart of Leeds city centre. It is part of a trio of buildings with a new green space for Leeds as its focal point. The development is well underway withKPMG due to take occupation of OneSovereign Square in the coming monthsand Leeds council is fully committed todelivering the gardens by Autumn 2015.
This new public space will provide a link between the city centre and the South Bank proposals, which include a new city park and a terminus for the HS2 eastern route.
