The propertySouth Yeo Farmhouse is a wonderful Grade II* Listed family home which has been carefully restored by the present owners and benefits from a new natural slate roof. The house has welcoming and spacious reception rooms and a wealth of delightful character features including beams, fireplaces, stonework and plank and muntin screens dating back to around 1500.

Approached from a private drive with parking for several cars, the front of the property has lawned areas of garden and a wooden porch above the main entrance. The market town of Crediton, about seven miles away, provides a comprehensive range of everyday facilities, including churches, schools, banks, Post Office, shops, delicatessens, supermarkets, leisure complex, library and the Queen Elizabeth Academy.
