Principal’s Message It is hard to believe that the 2017-2018 school year is already coming to an end! It seems like just yesterday that the students were walking in the door to begin our first day of school! This year has been filled with many great memories and I would like to thank everyone involved with our school. As this school year comes to a close, I am looking forward to the future for our ele-mentary and for our school district.
I am proud to be a part of such a wonderful school system and community and I would like to say, “Thank You” to everyone who has been in-volved in many different ways. We have a won-derful group of teachers and staff members here at South Range Elementary who work tire-lessly to make sure each and every student has the opportunity for success. Through their ef-forts, we remain an excellent school at all grade levels and in all subject areas. Our PTO, volun-teers and high school mentors are a major part of our success as they donate their time and tal-ents for our children. Parents work with the children on both their academics and extra-curricular activities and it truly shows that your dedication makes a difference.
As we say, “good bye” to the 2017-2018 school year, we look forward to making memories next year. Thanks again for a great year!

Football season already? No not yet but we would like you to start thinking about it. The coaching staff is pre-paring for another successful season. Coaches will meet with interested players at school in the near fu-ture. Look for information to be sent home. Student athletes fall under OHSAA regulations and grades are a factor in eligibility. We will hit the ground running with conditioning in late July and practice starting July 30.
