Afternoon
Incheon International Airport
Arrival at Seoul Incheon International Airport. Welcome by Pacific World staff and transfer to
hotel (for guests who sign up for post-meeting trip only).
For post-meeting trip guests, please book the below flight in order to join the group arrival
airport transfer. You will make your own way to the hotel if you are traveling by a different flight.

Gyeongbokgung Palace
Built in 1395, Gyeongbokgung Palace is also commonly referred to as the “Northern Palace”
because it is the furthest northern located palace, when compared to the neighboring palaces of
Changdeokgung (Eastern Palace) and Gyeongheegung (Western Palace). Gyeongbokgung
Palace is one of the most beautiful and the grandest of all five palaces.
Insa-dong
Insa-dong, located in the heart of the city, is an important place where old but precious and
traditional goods are on display. There’s one main road in Insa-dong with alleys on each side.
These alleys are a location for trendy art galleries, traditional restaurants, traditional teahouses,
and cafes.

Bukchon Hanok Village
Visit to the traditional village that is composed of lots of alleys and is preserved to show a 600-
year-old urban environment, allowing visitors to experience the atmosphere of the Joseon
Dynasty, the Golden Age of Korea. In this area you can still get a feel of what Korean villages
used to look like in the past.
Afternoon shopping at Myeongdong
Myeongdong
As Seoul’s commercial heart, Myeongdong is an area of bright lights, good quality cosmetics,
brand-name shopping, fine restaurants and an exciting night life.

The 236m/774ft N Seoul Tower sits atop Namsan Mountain. N Seoul Tower offers sweeping

Itaewon
Itaewon area is a fine place in Seoul to spend a day of relaxing, shopping, dining and hanging
out. There is an enormous variety of shops, entertainment venues and restaurants for visitors to
enjoy. Itaewon is a trendsetter in Korea and even in some countries of Asia when it comes to
Korean fashion, bars and clubs.

Inclusions and Exclusion
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS:
All pre & post meeting trip(s) can be booked without a prepayment until Tuesday 01 April,
2014. In case the booking(s) is/are received on 01 Tuesday April 2014, or after this date,
full prepayment is required directly upon confirmation of booking(s).
All booking(s) received require(s) full payment on Tuesday 01 April, 2014. You will receive
a payment invoice before this date with the amount specified and the payment method.
Once we have received the full payment, a confirmation email with tour details will be send
to you.
Following cancellation conditions will apply for the pre/post-meeting trips:
No cancellation fee will apply if you cancel or amend the trip(s) on or before Tuesday 01
April, 2014.
Full cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received on or after Wednesday 02 April,
2014.
In the event of no payment received on Wednesday 02 April, 2014 for your booking (s), all
pre-booked trip(s) will be cancelled automatically.
No change and modifications will be accepted after Wednesday 02 April, 2014. Name
changes are without restrictions until 7 days prior to arrival at the destination. EXCEPT:
Thailand and Beijing-Xi’an pre/post meeting trips, no name changes are allowed after
Wednesday 02 April, 2014.
Gratuity or tipping is not included in above prices. It is free to give gratuity to guides or
drivers directly as appreciation for their efforts and will be much appreciated.
All local day tour(s) are fully insured and certified.
Entry visa might be required for some nationalities when travelling. Visa is not included in
our package. Pacific World Meetings & Events Ltd. is not responsible or liable for these
visa arrangements. If you would like to know whether you are required to apply for an entry
visa in advance for the destination, please check the visa section of the embassy of the
destination in your home country. An invitation letter/approval letter can be provided for
your application, if required. For this invitation letter/approval you are welcome to send us
an email via [email protected]. However, please note that Pacific World
Meetings & Events Ltd. cannot make visa arrangements for you.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
ALL CANCELLATIONS shall be communicated to Pacific World in writing via email at the

Cancellations will be confirmed within 24 hours after reception. Penalties will apply. Telephone
cancellations are not accepted as valid.
CHANGES: All reservation modifications can be made through the website “Modify / Cancel
hotel & tours” function at https://applications.inta.org/apps/annual/ or in writing to Pacific World
Meetings & Events Ltd. by fax on +86 21 6289 3972 or per email at
[email protected] on or before Tuesday 01 April, 2014. Changes will be
confirmed by Pacific World within 24 hours and are subject to availability. Name changes shall
be communicated in writing via email or fax and will be confirmed by Pacific World within 24
hours.
